Audits & Analytics
I specialized in Marketing Analytics during my post-grad work, which has been invaluable in helping me make strategic recommendations based on research and data.
Increasing company revenue through increased monthly recurring revenue and project revenue directly tied to the results of extensive analysis.
Turning Data into Actionable Insights
I specialize in uncovering the stories behind the numbers. Whether it’s auditing a website’s performance, analyzing marketing data, or evaluating a CRM setup, my goal is to transform raw data into strategic insights that drive revenue and improve business outcomes.
From website audits leading to increased revenue, to marketing analysis that strengthens client acquisition strategies, my work bridges the gap between data and impactful business decisions. Each project is an opportunity to help organizations refine their approach, maximize efficiency, and ultimately achieve measurable success.
Website Analysis
This IT clients had a site that had many different agencies updating and working on it over the years, leaving it a directionless mess.
I was tasked with performing a website audit to determine how well the site was performing. I looked at it’s technical performance, SEO, and Google Analytics, as well as comparing it’s performance to competitors.
The insights gained lead to a $20,000 website project.
HubSpot Audit
This prospective client signed on for a one time project to help with a handful of CRM tasks. They had implemented HubSpot mostly on their own and didn’t have much direction.
I was tasked with performing a HubSpot Audit along with some other analysis. The goal was to determine what they were doing well and what areas we could help them improve.
The insights and recommendations lead to over $5,000 in MRR.
Marketing Analytics
This company had a lot of success with an internal lead nurturing process they had developed. They began selling this process as a service to their clients. However, they didn’t have the data to show their clients what success could look like.
I was tasked with performing data analysis and building out reporting on their process to better tell the story of what success with this process could look like.
The result, is they had a better understanding of the numbers and could more effectively communicate the benefits of this process to potential clients.
Competitor Analysis
This non-profit client had a dated site that was difficult to navigate and didn’t follow modern best practices. In addition to my typical website analysis, I was tasked with doing a Competitor Analysis.
The purpose was to show the client the areas that they need to improve if they want to remain competitive. In the process, I uncovered competition they didn’t know and was able to make a number of recommendations on improvements.
These insights and recommendations lead to a $25,000 website project.
